SHOP POLICIES

ACCEPTED PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal payments.
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you in anyway that we can.
Payment is due at time of purchase.
NY STATE SALES TAX
An 8.875% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to New York state.
PROCESSING AND TURNAROUND TIME
Samples will ship within 2 business days of ordering.
Proofs for wedding invitations will be e-mailed within 5 business days of submitting your wording and corrections.
All other proofs will be e-mailed within 24 hours.
Please check individual product listings for printing times.
SHIPPING IN THE USA
All samples are shipped USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Delivery time is between 2-5 business days.
We ship all wedding invitations, custom stationery and favors either UPS, USPS or FedEx Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance included. Delivery time is between 2-5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please message me if you need International Shipping. We ship via UPS Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance included. Delivery time may take up to 10 business. Delivery time includes customs.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All international packages must clear customs before the item is delivered. Some countries charge tax and duties on international shipments. Please note that buyers are responsible to pay for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Please look into the tax, duties, customs and import policies of your home country before placing your order. This calculator may assist you estimating the taxes/duties on your order, however it is best to check with customs in your country: www.dutycalculator.com
OTHER SHIPPING INFO
All items are shipped flat, carefully packaged and ready for assembly upon arrival.
All items are shipped to the address giving during checkout only.
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to USPS, UPS, FedEx or customs.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Samples can be cancelled and refunded before they are shipped. After the samples are shipped they cannot be canceled, are nonrefundable and ineligible for an exchange.
All custom stationery orders can be canceled before they go to print.
If you cancel your order before the design process on the 1st round of proofs has begun, then a full refund will be made.
If you cancel your order after the design process on the 1st round of proofs has begun, a refund will be made minus a 20% design fee.
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once your item has been sent to print.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
A sample can be exchanged if it hasn't been shipped. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on samples.
Because Tea and Becky custom stationery is uniquely created with your personal wording and cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your order in any way please let us know. We want your shopping experience at Tea and Becky to be pleasant, so please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to come up with a resolution.
Please note that spelling or other errors that are shown in your approved proofs are not our responsibility. We do not proof read or spell check your submitted wording so please check all details before approving your proofs. Errors due to spelling are not eligible for a return, exchange or cancellation.
There may be slight variations in color from computer monitor to the actual printed stationery. Variations in color are considered normal and are not considered an error on our behalf. Variations in color are not eligible for a refund, exchange, cancellation or reprint.
If there is an error on our part, or if your stationery does not match your approved proofs, please contact us within 7 business days we will gladly correct it as soon as possible.
Additional Policies and FAQs
THE PROOFING PROCESS FOR CUSTOM STATIONERY AND GUEST ADDRESSING
Every custom order includes 3 PDF proofs. Proofs include personalization of your wording and color changes from our color chart or your own submitted color.
Font, artwork, and layout and design changes are not included. Font, artwork and layout and design changes can be accommodated on a per case basis. Fees start at $20.00.
Three rounds of PDF proofs will be sent for orders that include Guest Addressing. If there are errors, the Guest Addressing excel file must be corrected and resubmitted by the buyer.
Please note that spelling or other errors that are shown in your approved proofs are not our responsibility. We do not proof read or spell check your submitted wording so please check all details before approving your proofs. Some common errors to look for are misspellings, capitalization, grammar and punctuation.
Additional proofs after the first 3 are $25 each.
CUSTOM COLORS
If you would like a color that is not on our color chart and you know the colors CMYK, Pantone name or number, or have an image, we can use it in your custom stationery.
